Everflow's service desk
Pick a form, or just say what's wrong. Ripple asks your manager to sign off, suggests a fix while you type and rings the bell when anything moves. One desk for every department that helps people.
Every department you add works its own way, on the same desk.
Forms for the things people actually ask for
The tour · 34 seconds
Recorded from the running app, not mocked up. Pick a chapter to jump straight to it.
Approvals
A form can ask for the requester's manager, a named approver or someone from a set list. They get a link, add a note and decide in one click. Nothing reaches the team until it's approved, and the SLA starts then, so waiting for a signature never counts against anyone.
Incidents
Describe it in your own words. Guides from the team's knowledge base appear as you type, so the quick fixes fix themselves. If it still needs a person, two plain questions set the priority through the department's own matrix.
Everything else
The parts nobody notices until they're missing.
First-response and resolution targets per department and priority. Waiting on the requester pauses the clock; waiting on a supplier doesn't, because that's part of our service. A warning goes out before anything breaches.
Mail to the service desk turns into a ticket, and replies land on the right one.
Agents see the laptop from Intune, read-only, open N-central remote control and run approved fixes such as Restart print spooler.
Each team writes its own guides, and the portal offers them while people describe a problem.
Send each kind of ticket to the right department automatically, set its priority, or hand it to the least busy agent.
Volume, SLA compliance, response and resolution times, workload and satisfaction, filtered by department, form, priority or agent. Every card downloads as a CSV built from the same data, so the page and the spreadsheet always agree.
When a ticket's resolved, the requester rates it Good, Okay or Poor. Opening the email link only preselects, so mail scanners can't vote.
Retention under UK GDPR, and one-click export or erasure of a person's data, all in the audit log.
CC a manager on a ticket and they can follow along without asking for updates.
Whoever's on shift posts an outage notice at the top of every page, so nobody raises the same ticket twice.
One desk, every role
Access is checked on every page and every action, not just hidden in the menu.
Raises tickets from the portal, follows and replies to their own, and reads the ones they're copied in on.
Internal notes, every field and a dashboard, on their departments' tickets only. Another team's ticket is a plain 404.
Manages the team, categories, forms, replies, guides, rules, SLA targets and reports from My Department.
Every department, plus users, the catalogue, automations, the email inbox, the audit log and data retention.
Sees the request they were asked about and the files it came with. Never the ticket, never anything else.
Built to be trusted
People arrive from Entra through SCIM, one way. Ripple can't create, change, disable or delete an account there, and a test fails if anyone tries.
An account links to Microsoft only when the Entra object id agrees, not just because the email matches.
Agents see and act on their own departments' tickets. Guides follow the same rules.
Requesters see their own tickets without staff notes or the audit trail, and staff previewing the portal see exactly the same.
